Privacy & contribution terms

When you join as a founding member we collect your name, email address, country and whatever context you choose to share about your family and working life.

When you contribute to the career impact research we collect your country, the age of your multiples, the categories you tick, any free-text answers you write, and — only if you provide it — an email address.

Research contributions are anonymous unless you give us an email address. We never publish names, employers, or any detail that could identify you or your family.

If we quote a contribution in published work, it is paraphrased or de-identified, and always aggregated with others.

To build and refine the career impact framework, to shape the first gathering in September 2026, and to keep you informed about the community if you asked us to.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers. We do not run behavioural advertising.

Contributions are stored securely and access is limited to the small team working directly on the research.

You can ask us to correct or delete anything you have shared at any time, and we will do it. If you gave us an email address, every message we send includes an unsubscribe link.

By contributing you give us permission to use what you share, in de-identified and aggregated form, in published research, talks and community resources. You keep ownership of your own words and experiences.

Contributing does not create an employment, consulting, or advisory relationship, and nothing you share is treated as medical, legal or financial advice.
